New Season! 2012

Spring has sprung!
We are prepping and planting lots this week! We will be planting our first round of summer crops in the garden, as well as another succession of spring items. We are so much further ahead this year than we were this time last year. We currently have Snap peas and Fava beans flowering in the garden, along with this winters brassicas blooming bright. We have noticed lots of bees working the flowers over, it's fun to watch them work, here is a short video of honey bees on Canola flowers.

The community garden plots are looking great as well here is one of my Garden Buddies with some giant Florida Broad-leaf Mustard he harvested for dinner that night!.
